Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control overall Warehouse operations of inbound and outbound
- Arrange warehouse procedure, space and equipment for enough storage space for goods volume and coverage of warehouse operations.
- Plan, coordinate & monitor daily warehouse operations activities of receiving, storage, dispatch of goods, against SOPs and monitor performance levels of Warehouses
- Train, coach and lead warehouse staff for optimal performance and monitor and evaluate their performance and progress.
- Control and advice issue incident report when goods are damaged/ lost/accident by root cause analysis/ corrective /preventive action.
- Handle and cater for workplace health and safety and for the security of the warehouse and stock.
- Coordinate with concerned department to ensure that goods are received and dispatched appropriately.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Analyze data to monitor and verify KPI of operation performance and plan improvements in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Thai National, Male or female, age 32-40
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related field
- At least 5 years experience in Managing Warehouse Operation from 3PL / SCM industry
- IDEALLY Experience with WMS and UMS applications
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office, especially in advanced Excel to support all analysis reports, Powerpoint
- Additonal skills in 3D Autocad is a huge plus
- Proven analytical and warehouse management skills.
- Experience of warehouse management & Inventory
- Good leadership and team building skills to implement training and manage large groups of people
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
