Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist to Organize, manage, and control sales force and maintenance staff to reach profit target as well as market share of gas detector sales for short and long term.
- Advise team how to reach the individual target which is assigned the sales target to each of sales force and the maintenance target to each of maintenance staff, and to give a suitable suggestion at the time of making the activity plan to reach the assigned individual target.
- Supervise staff to find aggressively new customers as well as keeping an intimate relationship with the existing customers.
- Make and execute the plan by directing and supervising staff for performing efficiently sales activities.
- Analyze trends of market, customers, and competitors by the execution of the market survey and to adopt it into the planning.
- Plan and carry out continuously appropriate maintenance for gas detector for using safely gas detector by customer after the sales of gas detector.
- Train continuously product knowledge and maintenance skills to staff to reach the sales and maintenance target, and to develop excellent human resources.
- Manage to reach the sales target by making the best use of the allocated expenses for the team and expanding efficiently the sales activities.
- Check and control inventory.
Qualification:
- Thai National, Male or female, age 27 up
- Bachelor of Engineering or higher, Mechanical, Electrical Or related fields
- Work experience as Sales Engineer
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office
- Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- Self starter, teamwork oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- can drive a car and have a driver’s license
