Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Develop relationships with new clients
• Represent the products and services
• Identify new products and business development opportunities
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop new product opportunities in line with customer timing expectations.
• Follow leads and identify opportunities to quote
• Keep abreast of industry trends, issues, and news that may win new business.
• To review existing sales and marketing plans and formulate strategies to win new business.
• To establish networks within target growth areas, through attendance to trade shows, expos, and other networking opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
• Develops weekly customer visit schedule
• Interface with customers and provide support
• Investigates new Sales inquiries
• Develops Quotations and/or project costing for new sales enquires
• Support product costing reviews for new parts, tracking raw material costs on existing parts, and preparing cover letters with breakdowns
• Follow up on quotes and tenders
• Maintains and services existing customer base
• Detect client issues and facilitate or assist with solutions
• Researches competitors and develops strategies to take advantage of the key area of advantage- precision quality plastic parts and tooling.
• To assist as required in supporting General Manager and management team initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with a yearly sales plan
Engineering:
• Single point of contact to existing and new customers during development and tooling phases.
• Provide technical expertise to customer
• Identify project risks and formulate risk reduction strategies.
• Support the manufacturing feasibility of new products
• Co-ordinate the implementation of engineering changes
• Interface with Toolroom on Engineering design changes and tool maintenance issues
• Participate in tooling trials of products under development
• Attendance and support at customer technical reviews.
• Assist with the commissioning of new equipment, processes, and product introduction.
Requirement:
• Good in English Language (Business level)
• Has a car and driver’s license
Benefit
• Salary Maximum 50k
• Gasoline 5 THB / Km.
• Expressway toll: Actual
• Commission: 2%
• Bonus: no
• Increase salary every year (Not over 5%)
