Sales and Marketing Manager (JP national)

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for sale & marketing strategy and plan in order to achieve sales target.
 Coordinate with affiliate companies for customer satisfaction to create understanding on sales and after sales including development policies and to attend to issues or requirements within each function.
 Perform networking, participate in events and activities to booth the overall sale & marketing especially with Japanese’s companies.
 Ensure positive relationships with clients, tenants, and prospect tenants, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
 Responsible for sales and marketing contribution of the business development projects.
 Ensure all the reports and marketing and sales presentation kits in Japanese are professionally prepared.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or Higher in MBA, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.  At least 8 years working experiences in sales & marketing, age: less than 40 year old  Good personality and interpersonal skills, service minded and outgoing.  Excellent command of English (TOEIC >700). need to submit the TOEIC certificate copy  Able to communicate in Thai is a plus. WORK LOCATION AMATA, Chonburi

Salary: 90-130K per month (negotiable)
