Job Description:
- Manage overall IT operations of LAN/WAN networking, server systems and internal application, PC hardware and software, as well as end user supporting for Thailand & Vietnam offices.
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements.
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
- Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring and reports.
- Implement and monitor office IT security and antivirus.
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure
- Providing IT training to enhance user awareness.
Requirements:
- Thai National, Male, age between 25-32
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT and related
- At least 1 year experience in Windows server administration & In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and Windows OS.
- Basic knowledge of setup and configuration of firewall, switch, wireless controller, access points, PABX & door access is a plus.
- Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS.office
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willing travel on several occasions
