Job description:
- Managing HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll and welfare.
- Formulating and implementing the HR strategies, policies and systems that align with corporate policies.
- Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Monitoring performance management, improvement system, organizational development and salary structure.
- Preparing and implementing training road map as per job descriptions and the annual training plan.
- Supporting the implementation of HR projects, employee relations and communications
- Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
- Supervising and coaching subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions. Conducting internal training to develop employees’ fundamental skills and enhance their job performance
Job requirements:
- Thai National, male or female, age 30 – 40
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR management
- Strong interpersonal skills and good team working capabilities.
- Able to work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated, well-organized and results-driven.
- Fast learner, logical, proactive and flexible to changes.
- Good English language skills.
- Good PC skills in MS Office
- Team management , strong leadership, highly quality minded, high and strong personality.
