Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting & financial operations such as accounts closing preparing financial statements, balance sheet, cash flow report, financial projections and tax issues.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly review internal reports.
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Develop financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Report to superior management with timely and accurate financial information.
- Analysis of incoming and expense by close supervision and execution if internal controls
- Create an organizational structure within the accounting department to facilitate the Achievement of the department’s short team goals and long term objectives.
- Cash flow management.
- Provide a professional, advisory and executive support serve to Managing Director.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Analyze revenue , cost and expenses data.
- Conduct a P&L presentation.
- Liaise closely with relevant government agencies, external auditor, bankers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Thai National, Male/Female 35-45
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration
- At least 5 years working experience in Managerial level in Manufacturing.
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership qualities, Teamwork ethics, willing to learn new things
- Active and skilled in interpersonal, negotiation, communication, attention to detail
- Independent work ethics, and able to work under pressure, fast learner, self-motivated, good service mind
