Job description:

• Interact with contractors, Shipping agencies, Warehouse operation staff, transportation agencies and other related parties to appropriately discuss and negotiate Harmonize Codes, tariff tax, customs rules and formalities
• Work closely with Superior to conduct business’s Logistics and Customs clearance operations and related tasks
• Appropriately negotiate terms with shipping agencies, suppliers and related agencies
• support long term business requirements by customs duty/exemption, government subsidies, and any other government interaction related to customs clearance for import and export.
• control compilation, application and refund of all duty exemptions.
• oversee and manage Import and Export Support Function for inbound and outbound logistics as well as management of a Ministry Liaison function.
• Supervise, train and coach junior staff for optimal performance
• Coordinate with other departments

Qualifications:

• Thai, Male – Female age 35 – 45
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any related field.
• Must have license of customs specialist and directly working experienced 10 years in customs formalities task. Harmonize code management jobs
• Prefer in forwarder company.
• Expertise in Harmonize codes and tariff tax , customs rules, customs formalities process is a must
• Customs specialist certificate is a huge plus
• People management skills, strong leadership, self starter, enthusiastic, service mind and a good team player
• Good English language skills
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good PC skills in MS Office
